Successful Support and Supervision
About the Course
Successful support and supervision will make a major contribution to the development of high performing, fully engaged and happy staff. That is why this one day course puts support and supervision right at the heart of first-rate performance management. It’s a practical course grounded in organisational realities accordingly focusing on getting the balance right between performance structures such as goal setting and more interpersonal elements like feedback and motivation. We will use your own paperwork in the training to endow participants with seamless guidance on best practice and documentation.
