Sean takes an innovative and passionate approach to learning in the broadest sense, striving to bring about organisational change at individual and group levels. He is fascinated by how organisations work and how they are led (and how they might be led even better!) Working in client focused learning environments for many years has enabled him to develop an affirming and flexible facilitating style that puts collaboration and inclusion first.
He has outstanding training and teaching abilities which, alongside therapeutic knowledge originally developed in the addictions field, have played a key role in transforming the performance of individuals and organisations. Whether working with senior managers on large scale change projects or team leaders on appraisal skills, Sean is keen to include the emotional and the psychological into participants’ understanding of the workplace.
