Sean takes an innovative and passionate approach to learning in the broadest sense, striving to bring about organisational change at individual and group levels. Working in client focused learning environments for many years has enabled him to develop an affirming and flexible facilitating style that puts collaboration and inclusion first.

He has outstanding training and teaching abilities which, alongside therapeutic knowledge originally developed in the addictions field, have played a key role in transforming the performance of individuals and organisations.
