Mono was absolutely engaging and ensured everyone participated and contributed to the learning process. I found both the workshop and the training a good investment for me and the team as it brought us some remarkable ideas and inspiration on how to improve leadership and team dynamics.  Finally I appreciated and valued Mono’s ability to deliver his personal feedback to anyone who requested it. Overall I found this learning  experience very positive and an added value for our organisation.
