- Explain the manager’s accountability regarding creating a culture of resilience
- Identify the skills necessary to support resilience for a team
- Differentiate between adequate pressure, burn out stress
- Know the elements of empowerment and support
- Tackle negative emotional contagion
- Model values based resilient leadership
