  • Explain the manager’s accountability regarding creating a culture of resilience
  • Identify the skills necessary to support resilience for a team
  • Differentiate between adequate pressure, burn out stress
  • Know the elements of empowerment and support
  • Tackle negative emotional contagion
  • Model values based resilient leadership
