We have worked with Mono over the last two years in delivering a comprehensive strategic leadership programme. From the outset, Mono worked in partnership with us to draw up the programme to ensure that it aligned well with our priorities. Mono’s excellent delivery incorporated both theoretical elements as well as practical solutions ensuring that there was good engagement across all participants by providing an inclusive but challenging learning environment. Investment in Mono’s work has been excellent value for money as we have already seen a significant shift in leadership practice across the organisation and we are looking at how to develop this further.
